    As we walk and talk we share our stories, hearing ourselves and each other more clearly. Feeling a deeper connection you you, your baby and others is a major factor in your wellbeing. Join us to feel a part of this each week.

  • Get your steps in

    We all need exercise, while recovering and replenishing after having your baby gentle exercise will support your body back to fitness. Whether you have steps to aim for or just want to stretch your legs this is the place to do it.
