This group is facilitated by Sarah Saunders and Laura Green

Sarah is a mum to a 6 year old and lives in Kidderminster.  She has over 20 years experience of facilitating groups and supporting people through their emotional journeys.  Most recently developing groups and services for new parents, Sarah provides support by holding spaces where mums can be heard, truly accepted for all they are and all they feel.  Sarah is a women's coach (One Of Many Certified) and loves to ask thought provoking questions.  She has loved crafts since childhood, mostly with paper based projects and working with textiles, 100% not a fine artist but creative and will always encourage someone and herself to see art in whatever they make- no rules or restrictions!

Laura is mom to a three-year-old and a 6-month-old and lives in Bewdley, Worcestershire. She is a passionate advocate for women in their matrescence; surrendering and dancing to the ever-changing rhythms and seasons of motherhood.  Aside from being a Mamma, she is also a teacher of Art and Design Technology with a specialism in fine art. Art is remarkable in all its forms regardless of ability; you can be self-expressive and feel empowered through a visual language, the possibilities are endless, it is truly wonderful and she feels incredibly blessed to be able to instill that passion in others.  Motherhood has changed Laura, she feels connected, transformed; we are already creators and just like paint to a blank canvas, we as mothers, are masterpieces in our own right - painting, sewing, sculpting, moulding, modelling, and carving a path of wonder, nurture and curiosity for our own children.
