Mindful Baby and Me... 

A six week course for new parents. 

Promoting bonding, connection and emotional wellbeing on your journey as a parent.

This group is designed to allow you to have time to express your experiences, to share in a supportive space how things are really going right now.  Find ways to manage stress, regulate emotions and develop a mindful practice. 

We will also explore your connection with your baby, ways to develop this at home in day to day life and to enjoy quiet time where you can focus on your little one and the unique bond you share. 

There will be plenty of time to just be together too, there'll be hot drinks and cakes in the café, this group is a real nurturing space, there is no rushing, you can just be, take part as much or as little as suits you on the day.  You're encouraged to be true to how you are feeling on the day, respond to your needs and your baby's.  

Over the 6 weeks we will talk about, motherhood and parenting, what babies need as they develop, the nervous system and mindfulness, mindset and emotional wellbeing.  There will be practical tools and activities as well as lots of space to chat with the other members of the group. 

Mindful Baby & Me is for parents and babies up to around 6 months- or non movers.
We meet at Burlish Bike Park.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to give us plenty of time to get drinks, and walk up to our woodland spot! 

Mindful Baby & Me is an outdoor group, we have a cosy circle space in the woodland at the bike park, it is a 3 or 4 minute walk uphill to the site, it is buggy friendly but you may find baby wearing easier. 

If the weather is too cold or wet we will use the clubhouse at the bike park so we all stay dry!
