Feeding Reflections- A debrief service

Need space to reflect?

To prepare to feed a new baby.

To start your feeding journey with your newborn.

To continue to feed or decide to stop feeding your older baby.

We could often benefit from reflecting on our feeding experiences, whether you are preparing to feed number 2, if you want to improve things for you and your newborn or if you are considering weaning and want the emotional support to go with it… you can use a reflections session.

Feeding Reflections is a listening service designed for parents to explore and be heard around their experiences of feeding their baby.

This session can help you vent, share and work through the thoughts and feelings you have about feeding.

I am here to listen, no judgement, no advice, no minimising- just open heart and mind present for you.

What to expect?

Reflections sessions take place in nature, we’ll choose a spot for a walk or a seat somewhere beautiful. We’ll have an hour and a half together for you to think, share, vent and conclude however suits you.

If you are not comfortable meeting outside I can visit you at home.

You can bring your baby with you if this works for you.

I’ll check in with you a few days later by text or email to see how you are doing.

Reflections sessions are £45 and you can book a one off or a block of 3 for £120.

“As a new mum you get so used to your priorities being last. Having this unique space to be heard, to dedicate to yourself, your self awareness and reflection is a truly sacred and healing. Sarah is fantastic at holding the space for you to be present and celebrated. I loved every second and would hugely recommend doing a walk in nature if you feel up to it, adds an extra dimension and sense of peace.”
